Terms and Conditions
1. The minimum purchase is $100 (1 Box). The maximum purchase is whatever space on the Block Ad page that has not been taken.
2. When you purchase Block Ads from us you will not own any part of the Top Global Services website. Upon purchase you are granted the right to submit an image and website link which will then be published on our pixel site in the respective space you have paid for.
3. If you accidentally submit a wrong image or link you can login to change them.
4. If your image and link are accepted and published on our Block Ad, you cannot get a refund.
5. Your image and link will be displayed on our Block Ad page for 1 year.
6. No obscene/offensive/adult images/links will be accepted, and we decide what is appropriate for our site. If you submit an image or link that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise your money will be refunded and you will lose your Block Ad.
7. If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult material then your link will be removed until you provide a new one, and you will not get a refund of any kind for the link downtime.
8. If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link removed from our page please contact us and we will remove it. If you choose to have it removed you will not get a refund and the space will become publicly available again.
9. When uploading your image please try to make your image the exact size you have paid for. In saying that, your picture when uploaded will be automatically resized to fit. You can preview how your image/picture will look on our 'preview screen' and if necessary you can easily change your picture before you make any payment. You will see this preview screen as you proceed through the sign up process.
10. Images must be in GIF, PNG or JPEG format, and a reasonable file size.
11. Images must NOT be animated. (no moving images)
12. Links must be to web pages only and begin with http:// or https://
13. You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit.
14. Funds must be fully received and cleared before your Block Ad goes live on our site.
15. There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance. We do not expect any downtime but it is unrealistic to guarantee 100% up time as unforeseen things do happen.
16. Once you have ordered and the funds have cleared, we will aim to get your Block Ad online within 24-48hrs (please be patient if it takes a bit longer, it will be done as soon as humanly possible.)
